Their passion for mindfulness and spiritual growth led to the creation of Mukti Foundations
Founder and CEO
In the 11th grade, my life took an unexpected turn. I was a bright, ambitious student with dreams of achieving great things, but an acute mental illness (migraine) struck, forcing me to take a year long break from school.
As the days passed, the weight of my circumstances began to manifest in other ways—I started battling depression, anxiety, and a growing sense of hopelessness.
Yet, amidst all of this, there was a flicker of hope within me—a resolve that I refused to let die
and started my schooling again.
Inspired by the visionary Ratan Tata and his relentless pursuit of creating meaningful change, I decided to apply for an MBA program in the 2nd year of my college. I believed that by building a social startup, I could turn my pain into something that would uplift others. After months of hard work and preparation, I was ecstatic to be accepted into IIM Rohtak, a dream I had nurtured for so long. But fate wasn’t done testing me yet.
Just as I was about to embark on this new chapter, I was struck down by a severe infection. My physical health deteriorated rapidly, and with it, my mental health spiraled even further. The depression and anxiety that had once ebbed now surged back with renewed force. I was forced to drop out of IIM, and once again, it felt like I was back at square one.
But this time, something within me refused to give up
In my darkest moments, I had discovered Bhagwat Geeta’s course.Because of its aftereffects,
I have become solution oriented rather than problems. Then i explored the field of yoga and meditation
Yoga helped me reconnect with my body, and meditation gave me the mental clarity and strength I had lost.
As I healed, I decided to channel my newfound strength into something unexpected with the help of Eklavya Sports Shooting Academy.
During this time, I also began working with my first batch of clients. With the guidance of a mentor Suresh Chauhan sir (Founder of Eklavya academy) who believed in my vision and I saw how my personal journey could serve as inspiration for others. I realized that my struggles had given me a unique ability to empathize with people who were lost in their own darkness.
And then, the idea hit me—what if I could create something that would help others emerge from their pain, just as I had?
That’s when my mission truly crystallized. I wanted to create a foundation dedicated to helping others heal, to show them that even in the darkest times, there is always light.
I was fortunate enough to meet a like-minded partner( Mr.Umed Pradhan) who shared my vision, and together, we decided to launch a foundation focused on bringing people from darkness to light. Our mission was simple to empower individuals to reclaim their lives, just as I had.
