Their passion for mindfulness and spiritual growth led to the creation of Mukti Foundations
Co - Founder
From a young age, I was drawn to the idea of making a difference in the lives of others.
Over the years, I became deeply involved in various initiatives aimed at uplifting those in need and building stronger, healthier communities.
One of my earliest initiatives was organizing sports competitions for underprivileged children. Alongside this, I worked to create libraries in communities where access to books and education was limited, ensuring that knowledge could be a door to new opportunities for everyone. At the same time, I took part in flood relief efforts, helping distribute food, shelter, and medical care to those who lost everything in natural disasters.
I also took a stand against social evils—from raising awareness about issues like child labor and gender inequality to speaking out against corruption and injustice. These were battles that I knew wouldn’t be won overnight, but I was committed to playing my part, organizing youth camps that empowered young people to take action and become the leaders of tomorrow.
My journey through social work had shown me that while providing basic needs and education was crucial, helping people heal from within was equally important. This realization led me to my current mission: building a social startup focused on yoga and meditation.
Yoga and meditation have played a transformative role in my own life, giving me the strength and clarity to continue my work even in the face of challenges. Now, I wanted to share this gift with others. My startup aims to help people become mentally and physically fit, to empower them to face their own struggles with resilience and peace of mind. Through this venture, I hope to continue the work of uplifting communities, not just by addressing external needs but by helping people heal and grow from within.
